• Installation & Activation: Installation schedules are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location. Installation fees, if applicable, will be discussed prior to activation.

• Service Availability: Services are available only in selected areas and may be subject to technical feasibility.

• Service Speed: Speeds are "up to" the advertised bandwidth. Actual speeds may vary due to network traffic, equipment, and other factors.

3. Billing & Payments

• Monthly Billing: Customers will be billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• Payment Due Date: Payment is due [e.g., within 7 days] of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Disconnection Policy: Accounts unpaid after [e.g., 15 days] may be suspended or terminated without further notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Proper Use: You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. Activities such as hacking, spamming, hosting malicious content, or any illegal use are strictly prohibited.

• Equipment: Any device provided by Fibertec IT Solution remains our property unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment.

• Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login credentials.

5. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a consistent user experience for all customers, Fibertec IT Solution reserves the right to manage bandwidth and impose data usage limits where necessary, particularly during peak hours.

6. Service Interruptions

• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may lead to temporary service interruptions. Prior notice will be provided when possible.

• Outages: Fibertec IT Solution is not liable for any loss or damages caused by service interruptions beyond our control, such as power outages, natural disasters, or acts of third parties.

8. Termination of Service

• By Customer: You may cancel the service with at least 15 days’ written notice. Any unpaid dues must be settled before disconnection.

9. Liability & Warranty

Fibertec IT Solution makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last billing cycle.

10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Customers will be notified via email or our official channels. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.
